Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FarLox, including our offerwall platform, tracking systems, advertising services, publisher tools, APIs, and related technologies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using FarLox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing account credentials.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

  • Use only legitimate and compliant traffic sources.
  • Bot traffic, VPN traffic, proxy traffic, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
  • Self-conversions, duplicate leads, and fake installs are not permitted.
  • Misleading promotions, forced clicks, and deceptive marketing practices are prohibited.
  • FarLox reserves the right to review, reject, reverse, or withhold earnings generated through suspicious activity.

7. API, Tracking & Platform Access

FarLox provides access to APIs, server-to-server (S2S) postbacks, tracking systems, reporting dashboards, and integration tools exclusively for legitimate business purposes. Users must comply with all platform policies, technical requirements, and applicable laws.

Unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, automated abuse, security bypassing, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or disruption of platform infrastructure are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, software, source code, tracking technologies, platform infrastructure, content, documentation, and proprietary systems associated with FarLox remain the exclusive property of FarLox and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarLox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, traffic, data, business opportunities, or operational interruptions.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

FarLox reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, fraud prevention policies, compliance requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.

11. Amendments & Updates

FarLox may modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and policies.
